Eulectic uses the A/B/C language proficiency level classification adopted by the International Associaton of Conference Interpreters (AIIC) to help you log and evaluate vendor fluency across multiple languages, just like translation and interpreting professionals do. Is there a limit to the number of vendors or users?
Nope. All plans come with unlimited vendors and unlimited users. We believe your growth shouldn’t be punished.
Can I import my existing vendor database?
Yes. You can upload data manually, or we can handle the entire migration for you with our Done-For-You service. Contact us for a quotation.
Can I send offers or project briefs from within Eulectic?
Absolutely. Select vendors, choose or write your message, and send offers directly. Track who accepted, who declined, and who ghosted — all from one screen.
Can I track who worked on which project?
Yes. Eulectic links vendors to projects, tracks their roles and participation, and lets you update payment status. Premium plans also support profit distribution across vendors at month-end.
Can I filter vendors by tools they use?
Yes. You can tag and filter vendors by CAT tools (like Trados or memoQ), subtitling platforms, desktop publishing tools, and more. It takes just one click to find your perfect match.
Can I rate or categorize vendors?
Of course. Rate them across real-world criteria like Quality, Communication, Consistency, and Price. Tag them by service (Interpreter, Subtitler, etc.), and track NDA/CV/ethics status too.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. The app works on tablets and small laptops, but we're prioritizing full desktop workflows first. Mobile support is on our roadmap.
What kind of support do you offer?
Email support is included in all plans. Premium customers also get priority onboarding and faster response times — no support tickets lost in translation.
