Welcome to eulectic.com (the “Site”), a software platform developed and operated by HOW GP, a technology studio based in Athens, Greece. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform and services (the “Services”).

By accessing or using Eulectic, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Services.

1. Who May Use the Service

To use Eulectic, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Have the authority to enter into a binding contract (on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent)
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account

You must notify us immediately at hello@howstudio.dev if you suspect unauthorized access or use.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:

  • These Terms
  • Applicable laws and regulations
  • Any usage guidelines or documentation provided

You must not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Services to transmit malicious code or spam
  • Access or use the Services to compete with Eulectic
  • Share your account credentials with others outside your organization

4. Subscription and Billing

Some features of Eulectic require a paid subscription. When you subscribe:

  • You agree to pay the applicable fees
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • All prices are shown in EUR and may include applicable VAT

You may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes will take effect at the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on Eulectic are the intellectual property of HOW GP or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to use it solely for providing and improving the Services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential information with reasonable care. Confidential information includes non-public business information, user data, and technical materials but excludes information that:

  • Is publicly known
  • Was rightfully obtained from another source
  • Is independently developed without access to the confidential data

7. Service Availability

We strive to ensure continuous availability of the Services but do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Eulectic if you:

  • Breach these Terms
  • Violate applicable law
  • Engage in misuse or abuse of the platform

Upon termination:

  • Your access will be revoked
  • We may delete or anonymize your content, except where required to retain it by law

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. HOW GP makes no guarantees about:

  • The accuracy or completeness of data
  • Suitability of the platform for your intended purpose
  • The outcome of using any features or recommendations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOW GP shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the total fees paid by you in the past 12 months

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Athens, Greece.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll provide notice (e.g., via email or in-app notification). Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
